Daniel Cheo
Lead Pastor
Pastor Daniel Cheo is the founding pastor of Impact Life Church (ILC). He provides spiritual leadership and also pastoral care to the church.
Pastor Daniel spent some time as a missionary in the field and later served as the youth pastor of Youth Impact.
He is married to Evelyn Cheam and has two sons, Ernest and Dominic. Whenever he has free time, he loves watching some movies, playing some sports and walking the dog.
Joanne Chu
Pastoral Staff
Joanne is passionate about shepherding the older adults at ILC. She also assists in church HR functions.
Joanne spent 25 years in MNC companies before coming on staff. She is happily married to Charles Loh and they have two lovely daughters in their early twenties.
Melissa Lim
Worship Pastor
Melissa oversees Impact Life Worship, its music production and running our in-house Music & Worship Academy. She is also involved in pastoral care for Lifegroups in her Zone as well as leading Redefine Women.
As a secondary school teacher for five years, she also loves creating curriculums for church programs. On her off-day, you’ll find her in the kitchen creating beautiful & delicious bakes.
Tim Chin
Pastoral Staff
As a home grown BB Boy sponsored by the church and the first pastoral staff of Impact Life Church, Tim oversees the Brigade ministry and many aspects of the church.
He was formerly trained as an electronics engineer before switching to Theology and graduated with a Bachelor of Art (Hons) in Theology. He loves traveling and can be found in other parts of the world whenever he has pockets of free time.
Rebecca Ng
Youth Pastor
Serena Lim
Kids Pastor
Serena Lim leads Impact Kids, ILC's Children’s Ministry. Having taught children of all ages, she loves coming up with creative ways to share the gospel.
In her free time, you’ll find her either sketching or with her nose stuck in a book.
Rebecca, or ‘Becky’, oversees the youth ministry. She is also an ongoing full time secondary school teacher where she teaches music (yes, she was trained for music for 3 years in London) and works with at-risk students on the discipline committee.
During her free time, the super extrovert Becky likes to read, cook, and hang out with friends over a cup of tea or a walk. Fun fact - she thinks the best thing after Jesus is SEAFOOD, and if she ain’t a teacher, would have considered a career in the zoo!

Hazel Chow
Administrative Assistant
Chow Siew Ling supports admin related matters of Church’s events. She came to Christ through Girls’ Brigade when she was a teenager. She spent some time doing financial planning before coming on staff.
Her hands are drawn to making crafts and creative things, and during her free time, she will practice letterings.
Melissa Tang oversees all things admin and finance-related. Aussie-born and bred, she spent some years in scientific research before coming on staff, and can be found playing and composing music whenever she has pockets of spare time.
CREATIVE TEAM
Tam Kong Sheng
Creative Lead
Kong Sheng is a jack-of-all-trades creative. His technical expertise, honed partly in his early years in a production company and increasingly as he takes the lead on all kinds of projects, shines brightly through our video productions and live event productions (of which we do many; and very well).
When Kong Sheng isn’t working, he is either planning his next epic meal or watching NBA games.
Shuen Tam
Communications Lead
Shuen was last in a communications role with a global chocolate manufacturing firm. An intuitive communications professional with an obsession for creative and clear messaging, she's adept in developing campaigns, as well as collaborating with fellow creatives to bring ideas from the huddle to real life.
In her free time, Shu likes watching 4k scenic relaxation videos.
